Not Exactly a Beach Book, But Still…

Anyone who has read The Sisters–and no doubt many others who are thinking of reading it–knows it doesn’t at all fit the profile for a beach book, but even so, I’m delighted that The Sisters keeps turning up on summer reading lists of various kinds.  Just this week alone, I’ve chatted with three reading groups, all of which had selected The Sisters as their June pick.  I met with one of those groups in person for a delightful brunch and two via Skype.  I’ll meet with another group in person in a couple of weeks.  I’d love to meet with your group as well if you’ll be discussing The Sisters.  I will happily come in person if your meeting is within a 45-minute drive of Richmond, Kentucky.  Otherwise, I’d love to join you via speakerphone or Skype!
